This comprehensive service begins with AP's 1-hour Performance onboarding session and follow-up, then moves into the AP Performance Monthly Coaching. A bi-monthly 20-minute in-depth analysis of nutrition, energy demands, recovery, sleep, mindset, and injury prevention. We’ll assess your training, nutrient timing, for peak performance and overall wellness. Elevate your game with tailored strategies to crush your goals! Who it’s for: Competitive athletes and dedicated movers who want to elevate every aspect of how they perform, fuel, and recover. What We Cover • Nutrition and fueling for training and recovery • Energy and macronutrient balance • Nutrient timing and sport-specific performance • Recovery habits and sleep optimization • Mental training and mindset support • Injury prevention strategies • Biological factors such as menstrual cycle phases or other physiological variables that impact performance Includes: - 2 x 20-minute sessions per month - Full email access between sessions - Detailed analysis of fueling strategies, nutrient timing, recovery habits, and sleep patterns
